On Sundays was born out of the desire for a moment of calm. Created in exploration of balance. Among the many nourishing qualities you get from steeped herbs, a cup of tea is more than that. It’s a reminder to slow down and take a deep breath. Allow yourself to savour the present moment and to acknowledge how you feel.

On Sundays blend all of their teas using loose-leaf only and have made a conscious effort to avoid the use of tea bags for full transparency and nourishment.

Conventional tea bags contain dust-grade tea which have lower levels of nutrients, a reality hidden purely by the use of a tea bag. The tea bags themselves can unfortunately also contain glues, bleach and chemicals.

Because of this, at On Sundays, they use large cut leaves and flowers to give you as many health benefits as possible, keeping things natural and honest; meaning their teas are kinder on your body and the environment.
